    Michael has been lecturing in the Management Leadership and Organisations department for the last 12 years. While he provides lectures in Business Management he has a particular focus on leadership, management and leadership and management development.

    Away from the university, Michael provides workshops and consultancy services on different leadership and teamwork issues.

    He has a track record of adding value to a range of different organisations having worked with both not for profit and commercial organisations of various sizes. Clients include Network Rail, United Nations and Charlies Confectionary.

    Bayo is a Project Management expert. With his track record of successfully leading project teams for over a decade, he brings practical & proven solutions to team-working & leadership problems.

    During his time as a consulting business owner, he delivered numerous complex IT programmes for some of the worlds best known brands in industries from Education, Retail, Aviation & Government.

    Founder of the ‘PMO BRO’ online community, Bayo is a Project Management Professional who is both dedicated and passionate about driving teamwork to turn requirements into results.
